    1. Acceptance and Scope

    • By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
    • These Terms apply to currently available Reveria app features (past-life generation, past-life records, billing/subscription management).
    • If guardian consent is required in your jurisdiction, that consent must be obtained before use.

    2. Service Nature

    • Outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes.
    • They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.

    3. Accounts and Security

    • The Service may include OAuth-based login flows.
    • You are responsible for account credentials and device security.
    • If unauthorized access is suspected, you must take immediate security actions.

    4. User Inputs and Generated Content

    • You are responsible for text/photos submitted to the Service.
    • We may process and store submitted/generated content to operate the Service.
    • You must not submit unlawful or infringing content.

    5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

    • In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store/Google Play.
    • Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by store policies.
    • Subscription and product composition may change under operational policy.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    • Violating laws, disrupting operations, or attempting to bypass security
    • Reverse engineering, abusive automation, unauthorized data access
    • Repeated policy-violating prompts (illegal acts, hate, violence, self-harm promotion)

    7. Service Changes and Availability

    • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for operational/security reasons.
    • Material changes are announced in-app or on the website.

    8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    • The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
    • No clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

    9. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in courts with jurisdiction as permitted by law.
